Nobody pulls the whole thread: inspect → flag → report → work order → resolved, with the residents who live there reporting issues straight into the same queue.
So that's what we built. One system where a crack in the wall, a resident's photo, and a closed work order all live on the same timeline — timestamped, documented, and exportable.
